We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- - Manage project resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and contractors, and ensure that they are utilized effectively.
- - Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- - Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- - Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share learnings with other project teams.
- - Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled within approved limits.
Qualifications:
- - 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry.
- - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- - Proven track record of managing successful projects from inception to completion.
- - Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
