We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our game development studio. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for our games.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and targets our core audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and analytics, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Define and prioritize marketing initiatives based on business objectives, player feedback, and market trends.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, such as trailers, screenshots, and promotional content, to drive awareness and engagement for our games.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for game marketing and promotion.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of game development and game design principles.
  • Experience creating marketing materials, such as trailers, screenshots, and promotional content.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies for measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
